1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to ManSarathi™. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mansarathi.com (the "Website") and any purchase of products from it, operated by Mansarathi Publishing & Retail LLP, a limited liability partnership incorporated in India, registered with DPIIT (recognition number DIPP258591), with its registered office in Hyderabad, Telangana ("ManSarathi™", "we", "our", "us").

By accessing the Website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Website after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or place an order. By using the Website, you represent that you meet this requirement. ManSarathi currently ships within India only.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately at grievance@mansarathi.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you place the order.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. Minor variations in colour or finish between product images and physical products may occur due to screen calibration or manufacturing tolerances — these do not constitute defects.

ManSarathi is an inventory-based D2C brand. We own all products we sell. We are not a marketplace.

4. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted only when we send you an order confirmation email or WhatsApp message. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd., a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We accept UPI, net banking, credit and debit cards, and other methods offered at checkout. ManSarathi does not store your card or payment instrument details.

If your payment fails but an amount is debited from your account, it will be automatically refunded by your bank or Razorpay within 5–7 business days. Contact us if you do not receive the refund within that period.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India via our logistics partners. Estimated delivery timelines are displayed at checkout based on your pincode. These are estimates only — ManSarathi is not liable for delays caused by the logistics carrier, natural events, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and email. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Free shipping is available on orders above a threshold displayed on the Website. This threshold may change from time to time.

6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Our return and refund terms are governed by our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it before placing an order.

In summary: we accept returns of undamaged products within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions stated in the Return Policy. Customised or personalised products are non-returnable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of return approval.

7. Pre-Orders

Some products may be available for pre-order before they are in stock. The estimated dispatch date will be displayed on the product page at the time of pre-order. Pre-order dates are estimates and may change.

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before the product is dispatched. Full payment is collected at the time of pre-order. If we are unable to fulfil your pre-order, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including the ManSarathi™ name and wordmark, the falcon logo (brand mark), product names (The Money Log, The Dream Planner, Daily Book, Bachpan Pencil Set, and others), product designs, photographs, copy, and the "Write Your Life" tagline — is owned by or licensed to Mansarathi Publishing & Retail LLP and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The ManSarathi™ wordmark and the falcon logo have been filed for trademark registration in India. Until registration is granted, these marks are used as unregistered trademarks and remain the exclusive property of Mansarathi Publishing & Retail LLP. Nothing on this Website grants you any licence to use our marks, and references to "™" do not mean the marks are registered (®).

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Website without our prior written consent.

9. User Content

If you submit a product review or other user-generated content on the Website, you grant ManSarathi a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, display, and share that content for marketing and operational purposes, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

You must not submit content that is false, defamatory, abusive, infringing on third-party rights, or in violation of any applicable law. We reserve the right to remove any user content at our discretion.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Website is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, ManSarathi's total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the Website or a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

11. Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites (such as Razorpay or social media platforms). These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content or practices of any linked site.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Website or any part of it at any time. We may also update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Website.

13. Sathi Plan Membership & Welcome Gift

The Sathi Plan is an optional annual membership programme offered on mansarathi.com. By purchasing or renewing a Sathi Plan membership, you agree to the terms in this section in addition to the rest of these Terms.

Membership fee and term. The membership fee, benefits, and duration (typically twelve months from activation) are shown on the Sathi Plan page at the time of purchase. Membership is personal to the account holder and is not transferable.

Member benefits. While your membership is active, you may receive: (a) a members-only discount on eligible non-bundle catalogue products, as displayed at checkout; (b) reduced free-shipping thresholds for member orders, as displayed on the Website; and (c) a one-time welcome gift from our product catalogue, added to your membership order when you join or renew, subject to the conditions below.

Welcome gift (catalogue freebie). The welcome gift is a physical product from the ManSarathi catalogue — not a generic voucher or cash equivalent. It is added to your cart or order at the time of membership purchase and is shipped with free shipping on that membership shipment. The product named on the Sathi Plan page reflects our current welcome gift; we may change the specific product at any time based on stock, availability, or operational needs. If the advertised product is out of stock at the time of your purchase, we may substitute another catalogue item of comparable value, or contact you before dispatch. There is no cash alternative, store credit, or refund for an unclaimed welcome gift once membership is activated.

Returns and refunds. Membership fees are generally non-refundable once payment is captured, except where required under applicable Indian consumer protection law. The welcome gift, when shipped, is subject to our Return Policy only if it is defective or damaged — not because you dislike the specific product substituted when stock was unavailable.

Changes and cancellation. We may modify membership benefits, pricing, or the welcome-gift catalogue with reasonable notice on the Website. Material changes apply to renewals after the change date; your current paid term continues on the terms in effect when you paid. You may contact us to request cancellation of a future renewal; we do not guarantee pro-rata refunds for unused months unless required by law.

Marketing. Membership may involve service messages (order, shipping, renewal reminders). Promotional WhatsApp or email requires your separate opt-in under our Privacy Policy.

14. Grievance Redressal & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
