Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.00 anywhere in India. Orders dispatched within 1–2 business days.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a WhatsApp message with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

PACKAGING
All ManSarathi orders are packed with care — kraft mailer, tissue paper, branded seal, and a handwritten thank-you card.

A tracking link is sent to your WhatsApp after dispatch. You can also view order status under My Account → Orders.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the parcel before opening fully and email hello@mansarathi.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.
