Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.00 anywhere in India. Orders placed before 11:00 AM IST on a working day are picked up the same day; later orders are picked up the next working day.
PROCESSING TIME
Our courier collects parcels once a day. Orders placed before 11:00 AM IST on a working day (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) are picked up the same day; orders placed after 11:00 AM, or on a Sunday or holiday, are picked up the next working day. Delivery times below are counted from pickup. You will receive tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

PACKAGING
All ManSarathi orders are packed with care — kraft mailer, tissue paper, branded seal, and a handwritten thank-you card.
TRACKING
A tracking link is sent to your WhatsApp after dispatch. You can also view order status under My Account → Orders.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the parcel before opening fully and email hello@mansarathi.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.
