Mansarathi Publishing & Retail LLP ("ManSarathi™", "we", "our", "us") is a limited liability partnership incorporated in India on 15 December 2024, registered with DPIIT under recognition number DIPP258591. Our registered office is in Hyderabad, Telangana. We operate the website mansarathi.com and sell premium stationery products directly to consumers across India.
The ManSarathi™ wordmark and falcon logo are brand identifiers of Mansarathi Publishing & Retail LLP. Applications to register these marks as trademarks have been filed in India; they are not yet registered trademarks (®).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit our website or place an order with us. By using mansarathi.com, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information We Collect

3. How We Collect Information
Directly from you: when you create an account, place an order, contact us, or submit a product review.
Automatically: when you browse our website and accept analytics cookies, we collect usage data through cookies, Google Analytics 4, and Microsoft Clarity. This includes pages visited, time spent, device information, heatmaps, and anonymised session recordings. Sensitive fields such as phone numbers and addresses are masked in recordings. If you reject non-essential cookies, Clarity and GA4 are not loaded.
From third-party services: Razorpay provides payment success/failure status; Shiprocket provides shipment tracking events; Firebase/Google provides authentication tokens when you sign in with Google.

We may also disclose information to law enforcement or government authorities where required by applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
6. Data Transfers
Our infrastructure runs on Google Cloud (region: asia-south1, Mumbai). Some third-party service providers listed above may process data on servers outside India. Where such transfers occur, we ensure the receiving party maintains equivalent data protection standards through contractual safeguards.
7. How We Protect Your Information
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information, including TLS encryption in transit, access controls restricted to authorised personnel, and secure secret management for all credentials. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to industry-standard practices.

9. Your Rights
Under the Information Technology Act, 2000, IT Rules 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

- Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data
- Request erasure of your personal data (subject to legal retention obligations)
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time
- Nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity
- Lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India once operational

10. Sathi Plan Membership & Welcome Gift
If you join the Sathi Plan, we process your account identifier, membership status, payment confirmation from Razorpay, and delivery details needed to ship your membership welcome gift — a physical product from our catalogue, added at purchase. The product shown on the Sathi Plan page at the time you pay is our current offer; we may fulfil a different in-stock catalogue item of comparable value if stock is unavailable, as described in our Terms of Service.
Membership and gift-shipment records are retained with your order history for GST and customer-service purposes (typically up to seven years for tax-related records). Service messages about membership activation, gift dispatch, or renewal are transactional and do not require marketing opt-in. Renewal or promotional offers may use your contact details only if you have opted in to marketing channels.
To request access to or correction of your membership data, or to raise a concern about how we handle it, contact our Grievance Officer (Section 11 below).
11. Grievance Officer & Changes to This Policy
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and IT Rules 2011, we have appointed a Grievance Officer to address concerns related to this Privacy Policy or your personal data.
