HOW TO RETURN
- Sign in and open Account → Orders.
- Select your delivered order (returns accepted within 7 days of delivery).
- Scroll to Request a return, describe the issue, and submit. Include photographs if the item is damaged or incorrect.
- We review within 24 hours and confirm pickup instructions. Do not ship anything back without our confirmation.

REFUND TIMELINE
Refunds processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item, credited to the original payment method. UPI and bank transfers may take 2–3 additional banking days.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We are happy to exchange an unused, sealed journal for a different title within 7 days of delivery. Customer bears return shipping cost. Replacement shipped free of charge.
